Products

A supplement provides nutrients or plant ingredients to support how your body normally works. By law it carries the words HEALTH SUPPLEMENT and NOT FOR MEDICINAL USE, and it is not a substitute for a varied diet. If you have a diagnosed condition, a supplement is not a substitute for treating it.

BASE: we would give it three months before judging it, which is why we sell it as a course. Vitamin D3 + K2: it is a daily vitamin, and Vitamin D status is measured rather than felt — ask your doctor about testing if you want to know your own level.

Yes. They work on different things and there is no ingredient overlap.

Yes. Vegetarian HPMC capsule shell on BASE, no gelatin.

Ask your doctor. Particularly with blood-thinning medication and the D3 + K2, since Vitamin K interacts with anticoagulants.

Not without medical advice. We do not recommend either product during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless a doctor has said otherwise.

No. Both products are formulated for adults.

Ingredients and testing

We do, at our own facility at Ghamroj, Gurugram. We are not a marketing company with a contract manufacturer.

We grow it ourselves, at the same facility.

Actives assay, heavy metals, microbial load and pesticide residue — on every batch, in our own laboratory, before production and again as finished product.

Yes. Email the batch number from the base of your pack to hello@3basics.com and we will send the full certificate of analysis. There is also a lookup on the product page.

Regulation 10(7) of the FSS (Advertising and Claims) Regulations 2018 prohibits advertising that undermines another manufacturer's products, and it does not require us to name them. We describe what ours does and let you compare.

Orders and delivery

Typically 2–5 working days across most of India, longer for remote pin codes. You will get a tracking link when it ships.

Free on orders over ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹79.

Yes, on orders up to ₹5,000.

Every order ships with at least 45 days of shelf life remaining, or 30% of total shelf life, whichever is the shorter. That is the FSSAI standard for online food sales and we hold to it.

Subscriptions

Your chosen pack is delivered automatically at the interval you pick, at a lower price than a one-off purchase. You are charged each time it ships.

Any time, from your account or by messaging us. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Yes — skip, delay or bring forward any delivery from your account.

Returns and refunds

Not for change of mind. These are sealed consumables and we cannot resell them. If a product is damaged, incorrect or arrives short-dated, we will replace or refund it in full.

Report a damaged, wrong or short-dated delivery within 7 days of receipt, with a photograph. See the full returns policy.

Within 7 working days of us approving the return, to the original payment method.
