We publish the three-star reviews as well as the five-star ones, and anyone who received product free says so on their review. A page of unanimous praise tells you nothing.

In the same font as the review, not in a footnote. That is a material connection under Clause 14 of the CCPA Guidelines 2022, and disclosure is not optional.
No discount for a five star, no follow-up asking someone to reconsider a three.
Not just an average. A 4.7 with visible threes is worth more than a 4.9 with nothing below five.
If someone writes that a product fixed a named condition, we cannot publish it as written — a customer cannot make a claim on our behalf that we could not make ourselves. We ask them to rephrase, or we do not publish it.
Tell us how it went — particularly if it did not do anything for you. That is the more useful message.
Tell us when suits you. Someone from our formulation team will call — and if the honest answer is that we do not have anything for what you need, that is what they will say.
