Vitamin D3 + K2
Oral Spray

600 IU D3 · 55 mcg K2 (MK-7) · one spray, once a day

A full day's Vitamin D in a single spray.

No tablet, no water, nothing to swallow. Most Vitamin D products give you the nutrient — this one is designed around how your body receives it.

A 30 ml bottle at one spray a day is roughly six months. A smaller 30-day pack is under discussion — see the open items note.

Vitamin D has to be dispersed in fat before your body can pick it up.

In a tablet or a capsule, that has to happen after you've swallowed it — which is why the label usually tells you to take it with food, and why it works less well on the mornings you forget.

We do that step in the bottle instead. The D3 and K2 are carried in a purified plant-derived lecithin base — the same family of molecules your own cell membranes are built from — and delivered as a fine mist that spreads evenly the moment it leaves the nozzle.

What that means for you: nothing to swallow, no water, no "take it with food" to remember, and no wondering whether you wasted it by taking it on an empty stomach. Three seconds, once a day, wherever you are.

Why a daily dose

Small and daily beats big and occasional.

Most people in India meet Vitamin D as a large sachet — 60,000 IU, once a week or once a month. That is a medicine, prescribed for a reason, and if your doctor has put you on one, take it.

But as a way of staying topped up, the thinking has moved. Current clinical guidance now favours daily, lower-dose Vitamin D over infrequent large doses.

The reason is that your body handles a flood differently from a trickle. A very large dose switches on the machinery that clears Vitamin D from your system, so a good part of what you took is broken down rather than used — and your levels swing rather than settle. A daily amount doesn't trigger that. It keeps a steady supply available, which is closer to how sunlight and food would have delivered it in the first place.

That is the entire design brief for this product: a small, steady, daily amount, in a format easy enough that you'll actually keep taking it.

A flood versus a trickle

One large monthly dose
Levels swing. A good part of each dose is cleared rather than used.
A small amount, every day
A steady supply, held rather than spiked.

Illustrative. Shows the shape of the argument, not measured data.

Vitamin D opens the door. Vitamin K2 decides where the calcium goes.

This is the part most Vitamin D supplements skip.

Vitamin D3 increases how much calcium your body absorbs from food. That's its job, and it does it well.

But absorbed calcium still has to end up in the right place. That's Vitamin K2's job. It switches on the proteins that direct calcium into bone and teeth — where you want it — rather than leaving it circulating.

Take Vitamin D on its own and you've increased the calcium available without doing anything about where it settles. Taking them together completes the job.

One spray, once a day

600 IU is 100% of the ICMR recommended daily allowance for adults, and it is the maximum permitted in a health supplement. One spray gives you a full day's requirement — not a fraction of one.

Nutraceutical · For adults · Not for medicinal use
Not to exceed the recommended daily usage. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Pregnant and lactating women should consult a physician before use.

If you take warfarin or another blood-thinning medicine, speak to your doctor before taking anything containing Vitamin K2.

Vitamin D is unusual among nutrients

Sunlight, not food, is the main source. Very few foods carry meaningful amounts.

Which means how much you get has less to do with what you eat than with how you live — how much time you spend indoors, how much of you is covered when you're outside, how old you are, and how much sun your skin actually converts.

For a lot of people in India, that adds up to less than you'd expect in a country with this much sunshine.

How to use it

  1. 1 Shake well.
  2. 2 Spray once under the tongue, or against the inside of your cheek.
  3. 3 Hold for about 20 seconds before swallowing.
  4. 4 Any time of day, with or without food. Once daily.

Adults who want a daily Vitamin D without a tablet. People who work indoors. People who cover up outdoors. Older adults. Anyone who finds capsules difficult to swallow — and anyone who has a bottle of tablets in a drawer that they've taken four times.

A quick reality check

How much direct sun do you actually get?

Not time outdoors — time with skin in direct sunlight, on an average day. Most people overestimate it considerably.

Minutes per day 15 min

A general information tool about sun exposure, not a health assessment. It does not diagnose anything.

Questions about the spray

"Better" isn't quite the claim. It's easier, and with a daily vitamin that matters more than people expect — the supplement that gets taken beats the one in the drawer. The formulation difference is that the vitamins are already dispersed when you take them, rather than waiting on digestion to do it.
Because 600 IU is 100% of the ICMR recommended daily allowance for adults, and it is the maximum permitted in a health supplement. One spray gives you a full day's requirement.
Follow your doctor. A prescribed high dose is a treatment for a measured deficiency and this is a daily maintenance product — they're different things, and your doctor is the person with your blood test.
Because Vitamin D increases how much calcium you absorb, and K2 is what directs that calcium into bone rather than leaving it circulating. Taking D3 without K2 does half the job.
Yes. That's rather the point — the vitamins are already dispersed in a lecithin base, so they don't depend on a meal.
Approximately 180, from a 30 ml bottle.
[AK] — flavour and mouthfeel still to confirm.
The dose here is set for adults. If you want to give Vitamin D to a child, that's a conversation with your paediatrician about the right amount for their age and weight.
[AK] — to confirm. The lecithin base is plant-derived; the D3 source needs confirming, as cholecalciferol is commonly lanolin-derived unless specified as lichen-derived.
Anyone on warfarin or another blood-thinning medicine should speak to their doctor first, because Vitamin K interacts with those medicines. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.
