1 · Where we deliver
Across India, to any serviceable pin code. We do not currently ship outside India.
A small number of remote pin codes are not serviceable by our courier partners. The checkout will tell you before you pay.
2 · Dispatch and delivery times

These are estimates, not guarantees. Festivals, weather and regional disruptions affect them, and we would rather be honest about that than quote a number we cannot hold.
3 · Delivery charges
- Free on all orders over ₹999.
- ₹79 flat on orders below ₹999.
- Cash on delivery: additional ₹49 handling.
- Subscription deliveries are always free, regardless of value.
4 · Shelf life on delivery
Every order ships with at least 45 days of shelf life remaining, or 30% of total shelf life, whichever is the shorter.
This is the standard required for online food sales in India, and we hold to it. If you receive something with less remaining than that, it is a defect and we will replace it — see the Refund & Return Policy.
Note the direction of that rule: whichever is the shorter, not the longer. We state it precisely because getting it backwards would be a promise we could not keep.
5 · Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS when your order ships. You can also see order status in your account.
6 · If something goes wrong
- Parcel damaged in transit: photograph it before opening if you can, and tell us within 7 days. We replace it.
- Parcel marked delivered but not received: tell us within 7 days and we will raise it with the courier and resolve it with you.
- Wrong item: we arrange collection and send the right one, at our cost.
- Delayed beyond the estimate: contact us and we will chase it. If it is materially late you may cancel for a full refund.
7 · Cash on delivery
Available on orders up to ₹5,000, at serviceable pin codes, with a ₹49 handling charge. Please have the exact amount ready — some couriers cannot give change.
Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may mean we restrict the option on future orders. Prepaid always remains available.
