Including the one where the answer is that you do not need anything we sell. These are situations rather than symptoms — we are describing circumstances, not diagnosing anyone.
Twelve-hour days, back-to-back calls, and the last two hours of the day costing more than they used to. Nothing is wrong; everything just takes more out of you than it did five years ago.
You train three or four times a week and you would like to recover from it faster than you currently do. You already have the protein and the sleep sorted.
The routine has not changed but the recovery has. This is not a symptom of anything — mitochondrial efficiency changes with age, and it is gradual.
You are at a desk from nine to seven, you commute in a car, and the only sunlight you see all week is through glass. Sunlight, not food, is the main source of Vitamin D.
You have tried to take a daily supplement more than once and stopped, because swallowing a capsule every single morning is a small friction that turns out to matter.
You want to look after the parts of you that have to last — bone, teeth, muscle — and you would rather start before it becomes a conversation with a doctor.
You spend time outdoors but with skin covered — for work, for climate, or by preference. Skin exposure, not time outside, is what drives Vitamin D synthesis.
You are a practitioner and you want to know exactly what is in a formulation, at what standardisation, and whether you can see the certificate of analysis for the batch.
You are functioning fine, you sleep reasonably, and you are here because a supplement advertisement made you wonder whether you should be worried.
You will notice this page never asks how you feel, never lists warning signs, and never tells you what will go wrong if you do nothing. That is deliberate.
Symptom checklists are the standard device in supplement marketing and they are the thing we most want to avoid. They invite people to diagnose themselves, they sell against fear, and they are the single most common reason a health advertisement gets pulled in India. Describing a circumstance — a desk job, a training week, a covered commute — does the same useful work without any of that.
If your question is really about how you are feeling rather than how you are living, that is a conversation for your doctor, and we would rather say so than sell you something.
Two questions, thirty seconds, and an honest answer at the end of it.
Tell us when suits you. Someone from our formulation team will call — and if the honest answer is that we do not have anything for what you need, that is what they will say.
We are not doctors and this is not medical advice. If something needs a doctor, we will tell you so.
Usually within one working day, in the window you picked.
Demo only — this mockup does not send anything anywhere.
